can someone teach me how to code like a fire ball

How to code like a fire ball.... Hmph.. Didn't know fireballs can code as all what they have been doing is killing me in Mario bros 2.. But I guess I can tell you how to do that:

1-Pour petrol all over yourself.
2-Ignite yourself with a match.
3-Start running wildly (at this step, you will start feeling like a fire ball).
4-Grab a laptop and code what ever you want.

Hey hey, it was a joke Lol. I don't think anyone will bother teaching you in person. I think you're just overestimating LF2 data changing. Its really easy if you put your mind into it. Here is what you need to know to make a Fire ball.
1-Make a separate .dat file and add it in the data.txt with "type: 3"
2-Open up your .dat file, and put frames for your ball animation starting from 0. The frames should be a "state: 3000" (there are some other states for balls, but i guess thats what you will need to know now).
3-Now make some other frames for the actions, hit a player (frame 10), collide with ball or weapon (frame 20) , rebound frame 30); Now this means that the ball will go to frame 10 when it hits a player, frame 20 when it hits another ball or a weapon and frame 30 when it is being hit and deflected by a punch.
4-Now open up the character you wish to add the ball into. In the move frames add an opoint.
it goes like this:
opoint:
kind: 0 x: <insert where the ball should appear in the x axis from the character's position>
y: <insert where the ball should appear in the y axis from the character's position>
facing: 0
oid: <insert the id of the fire ball's .dat here>
opoint_end:

Start the game and perform the move to see your ball appearing Smile

You could just open up Firen's fireball .dat from the original LF2 and see how it's done.

And what was the point of quoting two posts in a row? It'd work better if you actually point out something specific or comment it, else it's hard to understand what you want to say.
