i think zazz has don an amazin job wit killerbee....suggestion instead of the tentacle raping the enemy how bout it wraps around them an squezzes ther lif away...also about his cloaked from wen he does it in the manga he kind rushes an it forms to bull horns out of the chakra envelopin him on his arm an wen he catches sasuke it sends him flyin an ripps his chest off if ur plannin to hav his cloaked form this would be a good mov

But when characters jump whitle running in other LF2 games, they jump a lot lower and a lot more forward. This move is more like upward.

If he has momentum when he jumps, then yes, he will go forward. If he is standing still (like in the gif), he will only go up. It just depends on whether he is walking/running/standing.

Seriously though, his normal jump looks a bit munted, with his arm positions and all that. It just doesn't seem natural. But you really did good with the spins. Like, all the spins. They're really great, but yerr. Nice job.
